These policies apply to all the services we offer, including TV mounting, curb painting, mobile car detailing, junk removal, moving assistance, and more.

Booking Policy

  • Same-Day Service: We offer same-day service based on availability. To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for high-demand services.

  • Booking Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, we will send a confirmation via phone or email. Please review all the details and notify us immediately if there are any changes.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options (e.g., Venmo, PayPal).

Rescheduling Policy

  • Reschedule Notice: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate your new preferred time.

  • Late Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply, depending on availability.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $50 no-show fee. We value your time and appreciate the same courtesy in return.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation Notice: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 cancellation fee may apply if canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time.

  • Emergency Cancellations: We recognize that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to an emergency, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

Service-Specific Policies

Certain services may require additional consideration due to the nature of the work:

  • Mobile Car Detailing: We require access to water and power in order to complete the detailing service. Please ensure these are available at the location of your vehicle.

  • Window Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning: These services require access to both water and power to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning. Please have these resources available at the time of your appointment.

  • Junk Removal: We may need to confirm the volume of junk or the type of items for removal. If additional items or services are requested on the day of the appointment, the cost may vary.

  • Moving Assistance: For moving services, please ensure all items are packed and ready for transport to avoid delays or extra fees.

Liability & Refunds

We take great care to ensure that all services are performed safely and professionally. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages to property or items during the course of our work. While we strive to work with you and take all necessary precautions, we do not take responsibility for replacing damaged items.

If any issue arises that causes dissatisfaction with our service, we are committed to resolving it. Refunds may be offered depending on the nature of the situation, and we will evaluate each case individually. If damage occurs as a result of our work, please contact us immediately to discuss potential resolutions.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Due at Service: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Late Payment Fees: If payment is not received within 3 days of the service date, a late fee of $25 will be applied. If payment is not made within 7 days, additional late fees may apply, and the account may be sent to collections.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment options including credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment services like Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Good Deeds & Services, Co. through any of our online advertisements, including Craigslist, Facebook, or referrals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies. Our website and the policy page are readily available for your reference. Please ensure you review all the information provided on the website or the advertisement prior to booking.
