Cancellation Policy

To ensure that your experience with us is smooth and stress-free, we’ve outlined our booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies below. These policies apply to all the services we offer, including TV mounting, curb painting, mobile car detailing, junk removal, moving assistance, and more. Booking Policy Same-Day Service: We offer same-day service based on availability. To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for high-demand services. Booking Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, we will send a confirmation via phone or email. Please review all the details and notify us immediately if there are any changes. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options (e.g., Venmo, PayPal). Rescheduling Policy Reschedule Notice: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate your new preferred time. Late Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply, depending on availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $50 no-show fee. We value your time and appreciate the same courtesy in return. Cancellations Cancellation Notice: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 cancellation fee may apply if canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time. Emergency Cancellations: We recognize that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to an emergency, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to reschedule as soon as possible. Service-Specific Policies Certain services may require additional consideration due to the nature of the work: Mobile Car Detailing: We require access to water and power in order to complete the detailing service. Please ensure these are available at the location of your vehicle.
